Join us this month to learn more about Mullein! Most people know that Mullein is strongly connected with the lungs, but there is so much more to this amazing plant ally! In this workshop, we will discuss it all, and you will get to experience a connection with mullein in three different ways.
During this workshop/ceremony, you will uncover the countless ways to incorporate this extraordinary plant into your life, learning how it can enrich your spiritual practices and expand your home herbal collection. The ceremony will culminate in a Shamanic Journey into the very essence of Mullein, allowing you to ask your questions and begin a relationship with this amazing plant spirit.
NOTE: This sacred ceremony will take place on the floor. While yoga mats, regular chairs, and floor chairs will be available, we invite you to bring your favorite floor cushions, pillows, or anything else that will make you feel cozy.
